Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who feel pressure to keep everything together, even when stress, frustration, or relationship challenges start to build. They want to understand why they react the way they do and how to move forward in a way that feels healthy and more intentional.

In therapy, we look at patterns in thoughts, reactions, and relationships, and work on practical skills that help you handle stress, communicate more effectively, and respond with greater awareness. The goal is to understand yourself better and make changes that hold up in everyday life.
Having a place where you can think clearly, speak honestly, and feel understood without judgment can make all the difference.
