      DreamStar Counseling Receives
      UTRGV Advocacy Award

      Dr. Sparrow and his wife/Office Manager Julie Sparrow received the UTRGV Counseling Student Association Advocacy Award in Spring of 2020 for creating DreamStar Free Online Counseling. Since it's formation in 2019, over 40 student counselors have accrued over 2500 hours of counseling working with over 400 clients from around the world. See DFOC's website!
