Having personally experience resilience and perseverance I bring my knowledge and passion to walk through healing with you. I’m rooted in collaboration, self improvement and overall commitment to overcome life’s obstacles - whether it’s self esteem, relationship, boundaries, wellness, or personal growth. I work to break the stigma of mental health care while inspiring the community to take charge of their life.

Together we can work as a team with goals, homework, and small tangible steps to guide you on the path of your greatness.
