Are you ready for a happier and more fulfilling life? As a therapist, I strive to create a warm and supportive environment through genuineness, empathy, and positive regard. My goal is to develop a therapeutic relationship with each of my clients that is built on trust and mutual respect. I implement an eclectic approach to develop individually tailored treatment plans for my clients.
I am experienced in working with children, adolescents, teens, adults, and families that are dealing with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, trauma, ADHD, Conduct disorders, low self-esteem, attachment issues, adjustment disorders, marital conflict, parent-child relational issues, bereavement, and other mental health disorders.
I am aware of the cultural diversity of my clientele, and I am sensitive to the struggles they encounter on a daily basis, such as language barriers, adjustment, and overall acculturation. Therefore, I aim to understand and validate their worldview regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, and sexual orientation by being open-minded and learning about their culture and views while adapting to their needs. I also provide counseling services in English and Spanish.
