I am here to help those who have recognized the need for support and are motivated to engage in the therapeutic process. Those who may be facing a variety of issues, feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to navigate current circumstances but feel committed to making positive changes in their life. If you have a genuine desire to gain insight, develop coping strategies, and enhance your overall well-being you have taken the first step! Being open to self-reflection and willing to explore new perspectives can be frightening, but I am here to walk alongside you, every step of the way.

My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic, however, I integrate various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and person-centered therapy, to tailor the treatment to meet the specific needs of each client based on their unique experiences, cultural background, and goals.
I firmly believe that each individual possesses the innate ability to heal and thrive, and I am honored to be a facilitator of that process. By fostering a strong therapeutic alliance built on trust, empathy, and respect, I empower my clients to tap into their inner strengths and discover new perspectives that lead to lasting change.
