Fees for Counseling Provided by Dreamstar Counseling and Supervision

After you complete our New Client Intake Survey, our Practice Manager will contact you and discuss your interests in receiving services from DCS. Depending on who provides services, you will be charged for services according to the following guidelines:

For Private Pay Clients:

Dr. Sparrow charges $125 an hourly session for his services.
Our fully licensed LPCs charge $100 a session.
We charge $50 per session for services rendered by our LPC-Associates. For your information, Our LPC-Associates are under the supervision of Gregory Sparrow, EdD, LPC-S, and cannot receive direct payment for their services, so make your cash payments here. These payments are made to Dr. Sparrow's practice.

If by chance, we have offered you a need-based discount, please choose the amount from the Copay under the Insurance Clients section below. If the exact amount of the total fee that we have offered is not found, please make two payments that add up to the fee.

Also, if you started counseling with an LPC-Associate paying $40 per session, it is up to you whether you pay our new fee (as of 1/1/22) of $50. You can pay the old fee of $40 by selecting that amount from the "Copays and Discounted Fees" link below.

For Insurance Clients:

If you have insurance, we must first determine if we work with your insurance company. That’s why it’s necessary for you to fill out our New Client Intake Survey (see menu) before booking. Once we have confirmed that we work with your insurance, and have determined your copayment amount, you can prepay your copayment by choosing one of the copayment amounts below. Obviously, this online prepayment procedure will be necessary for any Zoom videoconferenced appointment, but we prefer if you pay ahead of time regardless, in order to save time for counseling.
