UTRGV Advocacy Award

Dr. Sparrow and his wife/Practice Manager Julie Sparrow received the UTRGV Counseling Student Association Advocacy Award in Spring of 2020 for creating DreamStar Free Online Counseling. Since it's formation in 2020, over 50 student counselors have accrued over 3000 hours of counseling working with over 550 clients from around the world. See DFOC's website!
